After much deliberation I've decided to put DM in its grave. Why? So I could start a second comic: Strange Aeons. I hope you enjoy it because I think it outstrips Dead Metaphor for quality in several ways and by several degrees, though there are still some familiar elements such as stupid street signs and a cast full of snarky pricks.

For all three of you who've followed DM this far, rest assured that it's not over for Amy & co. yet. Dead Metaphor started in prose and it has returned to prose. The novel is on track to being completed in early 2012.

Thanks for the support, friends. It's been a learning experience, which is the highest of praise.
